Creating an online presence and engaging consumer experiences for its specialized brands helped distinguish the character of the company.
More than an automobile company, Honda's brands include Marine, Power Equipment, and Engines. Honda tapped RDI/A to establish its online presence for these brands, and the result is a distinct identity and user experience for each operation. Designing Honda's Engine site to enable consumers to find product information quickly and easily, RDI/A architected an intuitive search and filter mechanism that can be managed through a customized content management system (CMS). This new architecture has led to increased site traffic, decreased drop-off rates, and more relevant consumer experiences on the site. In addition, Honda’s Power Equipment site was also redesigned with an emphasis on navigation ease and Honda's Marine site incorporates the lifestyle elements that have become a brand signature.
